Professors John Strait and David Boerner will correct each others' erroneous views of the ethics issues relevant to prosecutors and defense counsel. They will also answer any ethics issues or questions that you have. They will review recent developments in ethics rules, disciplinary decisions, and new issues arising from their consulting practices.
