Aug 10-12/San Diego - #Sentencing Workshop for Federal Defenders

This annual national workshop brings together federal defender staff from offices across the country. Strategies for success in advocating for just sentences for clients are the focus of discussions. There is a mix of plenary and small group sessions.

The Office of Defender Services (ODS) of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts provides substantial to Federal Defender Organization (FDO) staff and CJA panel attorneys,  appointed counsel, and other professionals who assist appointed counsel, in federal criminal cases. Registration for each of these programs is free.
