Feb 28/Seattle + Web - Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project training

There is a Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project training next Tuesday, Feb. 28 at WSBA’s CLE Conference Center in Seattle, with option to webcast. 
Topics covered will include the new Foreclosure Fairness Act (FFA) and foreclosure prevention mediation advocacy under FFA .

Requirements:
To attend the CLE, attorneys must

1. Sign up to participate on the Home Foreclosure pro bono panel (see below)  
• Go to www.myWSBA.org, 
• Click on the green Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project icon
• Click the “Sign Up Now” link.
2. Pregister for the training:
• Go to www.wsba.org/publicservicetraining
• Scroll down to "Foreclosure Mediation Advocacy: Representing Homeowners under the Foreclosure Fairness Act"
• Register for the live program or the live webcast.

Attorneys who sign up aren’t obligated to accept a case referral at any particular time, but are highly encouraged to accept at least one pro bono case through the program.

5.5 General Credits and 0.5 Ethics Credits Pending.
