Leon Gabinet, Professor of Law, Case Western Reserve University School of Law: Leon Gabinet practiced law for many years in Portland, Oregon, before coming to Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1968. He is the executive director of the Graduate Program in Taxation and coauthor of Tax Aspects of Marital Dissolution (1986, 2d edition 1998). He is a member of the American Law Institute and was invited to the Netherlands as a Cambridge-Tilburg lecturer.
