Foreclosure Prevention: Representing Homeowners Under the Foreclosure Fairness Act: On-Demand MCLE

The WSBA Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project (HFLAP) provides free CLE to volunteer attorneys who join the program to represent homeowners under the Foreclosure Fairness Act (FFA). 

This free CLE covers an introduction to the FFA, how to refer a homeowner to mediation, how to prepare for mediation and post-mediation considerations.

Attorneys must have registered to participate in HFLAP before logging into this course.
