November 7: NYC - What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About the Department of Buildings

The New York City Department of Buildings is an essential and important part of any real estate attorney’s practice yet many do not fully understand all that this Department does, what it governs, how it works, and the details buried in the all-important Building Code. This class is taught by Phyllis Arnold, Esq., the former General Counsel of the Department of Buildings who is widely recognized as the preeminent expert on the Department and the Building Code which was totally rewritten under her leadership as primary legal counsel in 2008. This class is extremely comprehensive and should not be missed by any real estate practitioner.
