October 24: Nanticoke, PA - How to Ask for Modification Under Fair Housing Law And Review of Changes to PA Custody Court Rules

As part of the ongoing pro bono initiative for Luzerne County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, both sessions are offered. The Fair Housing session will cover when it is appropriate to request a reasonable accommodation or reasonable modification, how to make a request, and how to address a housing provider’s refusal of a request. The course will also discuss who is responsible for paying modifications. The PA Custody Court Rules session will cover the changes in the rules governing custody actions.
