November 19: Webcast - Additional Insured Issues in Multi-Family and Commercial Construction Projects

Multi-family and commercial construction projects typically involve multiple participants, and end up in litigation. This webinar will address the myriad issues concerning contractual additional insured requirements, additional insured endorsements, and the application of additional insured coverage claims in larger construction projects.
The webinar will address these issues from the perspective of the developer, the general contractor, and the subcontractors. We will provide a summary of steps that each entity should take pre-construction, during the project, and when litigation commences. We will also provide suggestions on how to address these issues in a timely manner, leverage the available resources, and identify opportunities for risk transfer and indemnification throughout the project and claim.
