May 7: San Francisco - Introduction to Landlord/Tenant Law

This training teaches the basics of representing persons living with HIV/AIDS and low-income tenants who are facing eviction. Primary topics will include an understanding of subsidized versus private housing, rent-control issues, and an overview of the unlawful detainer process, discovery, settlement, and trial.

All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
