July 28: Baltimore - Identifying Immigration Relief While Interviewing an Unaccompanied Child #probono

Over the past year, thousands of unaccompanied children have fled Central America seeking safety and refuge. Over 4,200 unaccompanied children have been in placed in Maryland, giving our state the highest numbers of unaccompanied children per capita. Attorneys practicing in Maryland need to be prepared to interview and to work with this increasing population of vulnerable children.
This short-term pro bono training opportunity is great for attorneys licensed in any state who want the chance to connect with the unaccompanied children immigrant community. Spanish-speaking students and professionals who can provide interpreting services are also welcome to attend.
