This is an overview for lawyers of the most common practice areas of consumer law. The program covers the basics of consumer law practice including debtor's and creditor's rights, consumer protection acts, motor vehicle litigation (lemon laws), and legal insights by the Honorable Thomas Gallahue.
This CLE is free with participation in three intake sessions and corresponding cases during the next year in conjunction with Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
