The health care law passed last year, the Affordable Care Act, is the Obama Administration's most significant piece of legislation. The constitutionality of the individual mandate requirement, however has been called into question in a series of lawsuits. Already, district courts have disagreed on whether requiring each American to carry health insurance is constitutional.
