Apr 17/Pittsburgh: Practicing Green: Redeveloping Industrial Brownfields
The Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyer Division's Public Service Committee will be presenting a Practicing Green Program including a one-hour CLE presentation.
The presentation will provide an overview of the redevelopment of Industrial Brownfield Sites in the Pittsburgh area.
Specific topics include: an overview of what brownfield revitalization is, what developments have occurred locally, zoning and land use issues triggered when redeveloping industrial sites, environmental contamination and issues which arise in the environmental remediation of brownfield sites. The Program is presented as part of the YLD’s annual Practicing Green Initiative.
