June 4/San Francisco: Immigrant Eligibility for Health Care and Public Benefits in California #MCLE

This workshop will review the rules governing immigrant eligibility for public benefits in California. We will discuss the immigration categories that are relevant for public benefits purposes, the services that are available regardless of status, and those with immigration-related restrictions. We will also touch on the barriers that may prevent eligible immigrant families from seeking these services.
All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
