January 23: San Francisco - The Nuts and Bolts of D.U.I. Law: What Every Lawyer Should Know About D.U.I.s in California

This training will cover preserving the driver’s right to contest the DMV suspension, maximizing the value of the DMV hearing, the criminal court process using examples of “good” and “bad” outcomes, the intersection between the criminal court process and the civil administrative DMV process, and how people can get back on the road legally following DUI arrest and conviction.
All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
