December 11: NYC+Philadelphia - How to Take and Defend Expert Depositions

This session will cover both taking and defending an expert's deposition.
The first part will consist of a discussion of understanding the expert's area of expertise, identifying the expert's opinions and assumptions, as well as goals, tips and tricks for a successful deposition.
The second part will cover defending your own expert, discussion of identification of major themes, as well as how to anticipate and avoid common pitfalls.
