In the 2012 Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) membership study, 21 percent of WSBA members reported living with a disability or impairment. Join an open and interactive discussion — with a panel that includes attorneys with disabilities and law firm managing attorneys — on the institutional and historical practices that need to be reexamined in order to build a path to a more inclusive work environment that benefits both law firms and the practice of law.
