• An update of the current state of affairs inthe Appeals Division of IRS will be presented, along with current problems and future challenges.

• Is CTEC dead?  Will the new Return Preparer System create a number of "Mini-EA's?"  Will Attorneys and CPA's who do purely representation work have to obtain, register and pay for a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)?  The ins and outs of the New Return Preparer system will be covered in detail, and as more information becomes available, clarifications may be presented  that you have not heard before.
