March 14: Minneapolis - Domestic Violence: Asylum and Related Relief

This training is targeted at attorneys interested in learning about relief available to non-citizen victims of domestic violence. The training will explain how to evaluate claims for asylum and U-Visa for victims of domestic violence. It will guide attorneys through the basic elements of each of these forms of relief and explore their procedural and evidentiary similarities and differences. The training will also focus on working with victims of domestic violence and preparing strong applications for either form of relief.
