May 20: DPAs in the Post-Airbus Landscape

Dechert Partner Caroline Black (who acted for Airbus) and Red Lion Chambers Barrister Allison Clare QC (who acted for the SFO) invite you to join them for a webinar that will discuss pertinent issues arising from the landmark Airbus deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) and its potential impact on global investigations and the UK DPA regime. The webinar will include consideration of:
