- Affirmative and Defensive Asylum (The Asylum program assists refugees who have fled to the United States because of past persecution, or the fear of persecution based on one of the five protected grounds: race, religion, nationality, political opinion, and/or membership in a particular social group.)
- U-visa (An immigrant woman who has been the victim of a violent crime may be eligible to apply for a U-visa, whose purpose is to strengthen law enforcement agencies' abilities to detect, investigate, and prosecute crimes).
- VAWA petition (An immigrant woman who has been the victim of domestic violence and is married to a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident may be eligible to file a petition based on the Violence Against Women Act.)
- SIJS (An immigrant child who is the victim of neglect, abuse, or abandonment may be eligible to receive Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.)
