Seniors' Issues: Update on Duals in California - Big Changes, Short Timetable: On-Demand CLE

More than 8 million persons nationwide are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid; these are the "Dual-Eligible". Upcoming changes in state and federal law may impact your dual-eligible clients.
This presentation is intended to help legal aid and pro bono advocates:
  • Advocate during planning for the changes
  • Help your client through the challenges after programs are implemented.
The program is specifically aimed at California legal aid or pro bono attorneys, but much of the content appears to be national in scope.
