November 4: San Francisco - Asylum Law for LGBT and Gang-Based Claims

This training will provide an overview on asylum law with an emphasis on LGBT claims as well as gang-based claims. The training will discuss overcoming the one-year bar to asylum and country conditions for LGBT and gang-based claims from Mexico and Central American countries.
All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
