Richard Rice is experienced with civil engineering, traffic accident reconstruction, structural engineering, and construction/building inspection. He has written several published articles and has given several lectures on forensic engineering. Mr. Rice is a registered professional engineer (PE) and registered building inspector. He has two OSHA certifications and is on the National Council of Examiners for engineering and surveying.
