Kenneth Martinson-Gomez is a workers’ compensation certified specialist. This training will present a precise and helpful summary of the benefits that workers’ compensation provides for injured California workers. Discussion will include the mechanics of reporting an injury, the common steps an injured worker takes to physically recover, and how injured workers can receive cash settlements.
