In-House Counsel Guarding Against Expanded Liability: On-Demand #MCLE

Steve Imbriglia
SCOTUS will soon decide if state law failure-to-warn claims against generic drug manufacturers are preempted. Trial lawyer Steve Imbriglia will discuss the issue before the Supreme Court, its implications and attempts to expand failure-to-warn liability.
