Presenter:
Rowzat Shipchandler,
Project Manager of the Anti-Racism Initiative at the Saint Paul Foundation.  Ms. Shipchandler has several years of experience working on diversity issues and anti-racism issues.  She facilitates regular dialogues for the Facing Race initiative, including several CLEs.  She is a member of the MN Council on Foundation's Inclusivity Committee.  Ms. Shipchandler served a two year term on the Minnesota Judiciary Racial Fairness Committee.  She has worked in the areas of affordable housing, evaluations and youth development.  She has an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a B.A.J. in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University.
