July 10/Web: Filing State Legal Actions Against Notarios

This introductory webinar is appropriate for attorneys interested in using consumer protection laws to protect immigrants from notario fraud, or for attorneys interested in better identifying cases for pro bono referrals. The panelists will explain the process of filing complaints against notarios in several jurisdictions. The presentation will include an overview of the FTC Act and state consumer protection laws in these jurisdictions.
