April 10/Seattle: Professionalism/Ethics #MCLE

The Rules of Ethics are not intended to restrict your ability to practice law, but to enhance it. This talk explains how to use the rules to support your practice and professionalism. Michael W. Louden has been practicing family law in Seattle since 1995. In addition to working as an attorney, he has acted as a guardian ad litem and Court Appointed Special Advocate, Mediator, Arbitrator, and King County Family Law Commissioner Pro Tem. He is a past chair of the King County Bar Association Family Law Section and has a long-term involvement in the Bar’s family law legislative agenda. He serves as a mentor in the KCBA’s Family Law Mentor Program. He is the editor of the Family Law Section of the Washington Lawyer’s Practice Manual.
