Attorney Octavio Saldaña-Villanueva of Baker & McKenzie S.C. in Mexico City will address the differences between IP practice in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela) against IP practice in the US. He will focus mainly on patent practice, which is his area of expertise.
