March 18/Boston: Housing Law 102: Contesting Section 8 Terminations

This training provides essential skills and knowlege for volunteer attorneys to handle housing cases in which a Section 8 subsidy is under threat of termination or denial.Our speakers will provide detailed information about representing Section 8 tenants at informal hearings at housing authorities and in certiorari appeals to Housing or Superior Court.
Knowledge equivalent to Housing Law 101 is a prerequisite for this training.
