Children with Disabilities in Child Care: On-Demand #MCLE

Finding and maintaining child care for children with disabilities can be challenging. There are numerous barriers to accessing care. Families have legal rights under state and federal laws, but given the variation in types of child care, not all laws apply in all situations.
This training will help attorneys and advocates sort through the various state and federal protections. It will also address barriers created by state Health and Safety laws.

A Message From LAAC's website:
"If you would like to support LAAC's videos and keep this service free for the community, please donate here: tiny.cc/Qwgg2b"
4freeCLE has no connection to that donation link; however, it seems only fair to support LAAC with however small a donation you can afford, both for its generous provision of training materials and to encourage it to do more of the same!
