February 13/NYC: Administrative Fair Hearings

Learn how to represent public assistance recipients and applicants at administrative fair hearings before the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.  This session will give an overview of the substantive and procedural law, train participants to analyze relevant documents, make document requests, prepare witnesses, and conduct direct and crossexamination.
