Litigation Management: Driving Great Results - Part 2: On-Demand MCLE

Filmed at the Network for Trial Law Firms' bi-annual seminar, this course is comprised of the following programs:
  • Consumer Product Safety Information - Problems Ahead for the Unwary: The new Consumer Product Safety Information Database will allow for the submittal of "reports of harm" about products believed to be unsafe or hazardous. Information will be public and searchable. Trial lawyer Robert Thornburg will provide some insights about what companies can and should do.
  • Whistleblower Litigation - New Developments & Strategies: Trial lawyer Bill Cronin will discuss the rights of whistleblowers under Federal law and strategies for dealing with whistleblowers at the work site and in a lawsuit after a charge has been blown.

  • Robert Thornburg is a member of Frost Brown Todd, and a trial attorney who has tried more than 25 jury trials to verdict, including product liability, breach of warranty, lemon law, premises liability, and automobile negligence cases.
  • Bill Cronin is a founding partner of the Corr Cronin law firm practicing business litigation. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been named as one of the top business litigators in Seattle in every one of Seattle Magazine’s top lawyer surveys since 2001. Mr. Cronin was one of the five named top business litigators in 2001 and 2003 and one of the four named in 2005 (his partner, Kelly Corr, was also named as a top business litigator in each survey).
