This online CLE will address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Housing Law and Policy in New York. The session will discuss questions surrounding the courts, evictions, rent collection, and lease obligations. The session will also address legal and policy measures being proposed at the federal, state, and local levels to avert evictions and homelessness.
