May 2018/Seattle: 2018 Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson 1L Appellate Advocacy Competition
On behalf of the Moot Court Honor Board at the University of Washington School of Law, I am pleased to invite you to participate as a judge in our
2018 Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson 1L Appellate Advocacy Competition. The competition will be taking place
Monday, May 7th through Thursday, May 10, 2018.
We welcome attorneys from all practice areas to participate. Volunteer judges are invaluable to the continued success of MCHB and the in-house competition program. As a judge, you will provide valuable feedback and evaluate
the participants’ performance. For your service as a judge you will receive:
3 free CLE credits and 2.5 credits for each additional night judged*
Free parking in the Central Parking Garage after 4:00 pm.

February/Seattle - 2018 American Mock Trial Association Regional Tournament
The Moot Court Honor Board at the University of Washington School of Law is hosting an American Mock Trial Association Regional Tournament on the weekend of February 10-11, 2018. Teams from across the country will be in attendance. The tournament will be taking place on the UW Seattle campus at the Law School.
