July 14: Minneapolis - Representing Clients Before the Immigration Court #MCLE

This training and simulation will provide hands-on immigration court training to a small group of prospective pro bono attorneys emphasizing practice, procedure, and advocacy skills, in order to improve the level and quality of representation before the Immigration Court. The training consists of a morning workshop covering substance and procedure with a mocking hearing in the afternoon. Attorneys attending this training will be asked to take on a pro bono case within the next year.
