  • Donna Napolitano, Associate, Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C. In April 2011, Ms. Napolitano joined Berkman Henoch in the Litigation Department. She represents the firm’s corporate and municipal clients in both federal and state court on such claims as Section 1983, Title VII, Fair Labor Standards Act, and ADA. In September 2012, Ms. Napolitano was lead counsel on an eleven-week federal trial and successfully represented the County of Nassau and the individually named County employees in Matthew Prince v. County of Nassau et al. In October 2011, Ms. Napolitano was part of the litigation team that successfully represented the County of Nassau in a three-week federal trial in Peter Solomon v. County of Nassau.
  • Tom Ricotta, Partner, White, Ricotta & Marks, P.C. Tom is a partner at the law firm of White, Ricotta & Marks, P.C., which specializes in plaintiff’s side employment law. Prior to joining White, Ricotta & Marks, P.C. in February 2013, Tom worked as a Senior Associate for seven and one half years at Leeds, Morelli & Brown, P.C. as one of their primary litigation attorneys. During the course of his professional career, Tom has distinguished himself as a successful litigation attorney who has won multiple federal and state trials, and has handled all aspects of litigation.
  • Josefina V. Tranfa-Abboud, Ph.D,  is a Principal in the Litigation and Corporate Financial Advisory Services Group at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. Dr. Tranfa-Abboud has extensive experience in economic analysis related to labor and employment disputes as well as commercial disputes involving claims of breach of contract and business interruption. Dr. Tranfa-Abboud provides research, statistical analysis and damages analysis and also serves as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and defendants. Dr. Tranfa-Abboud also provides consulting services in transfer pricing, as well as other areas of economic analysis.
