November 4: Denver - Ag-Gag Laws: Challenging Laws that Criminalize Undercover Investigations and Citizen Science #MCLE

This panel will address challenges to state "Ag-Gag" laws enacted to protect agricultural interests from investigations by animal rights and environmental organizations. A federal court in Idaho has already found such laws unconstitutional, and other challenges have been mounted in other states.
Join us for a fascinating discussion with University of Denver Sturm College of Law Professors Justin Pidot, Justin Marceau and Alan Chen who are all involved in these cases.
