Speaker:
Attorney Anita Gill received her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in 1987. She received her law degree from Capital University in 1990. After graduating, Ms. Gill joined the IRS Office of Chief Counsel where she continues to work today. Ms. Gill was appointed to the position of Senior Counsel in 2010. In addition, beginning in 1993, Ms. Gill has served as Special Assistant U. S. Attorney. She will be presenting on the topic of “Federal Income Taxes, Bankruptcy and Collection Alternatives Available to the IRS.”
