These days when employees want to complain about their boss or employer, they post it in social media outlets such as Facebook® or Twitter®. So what’s an employer to do? Employers must recognize that social media has changed the labor and employment landscape forever, and they must draft policies that will pass muster with the National Labor Relations Board.
