June 2: COVID Developments in Competition and Consumer Protection

You’re invited to join the Washington State Bar Association Antitrust, Consumer Protection & Unfair Business Practices Section in this  mini-CLE examining the impact of the global pandemic on consumer protection and competition law.
We will provide an overview of COVID related federal legislation, litigation, and law enforcement. We will review COVID scams in Washington and the United States. We will raise some of the issues seen in antitrust and competition law related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, we will provide resources for consumer education and outreach to help protect consumers and business going forward.
