This CLE will provide an overview of the Child Protection practice area for practitioners who may not otherwise practice in the area but may find their cases impacted by CHIPS/TPR process. The session will provide a foundational knowledge of the rules and statutes governing these matters from the initial petition through an appeal of an order terminating parental rights.
