Ajita Abraham is an attorney with over twenty-five years of experience working in multinational law firms, financial institutions and consulting companies. She was most recently General Counsel for Financial Services NA at Capgemini where she handled technology and professional services transactions. Prior to this role, she was an Associate General Counsel at McKinsey where she worked in both the Madrid and New York City offices. Before joining McKinsey, she was Managing Director at The Bank of New York Mellon, where she specialized in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. She also held similar roles at Credit Suisse and JP Morgan Chase, as well as Holland & Knight.
