Fordham Law Women will be hosting its Seventh Annual Symposium on Thursday, March 6, 2025. The Symposium will feature three panels exploring the unique issues women face in the modern workplace and online: the intersection of fashion and employment law, addressing how workplace dress codes impact women; how Section 230’s liability protections shape platform accountability, focusing on the impact on marginalized communities; and the challenges women with children face in the legal profession and the growing availability of family planning benefits offered by big law firms. A catered reception will follow.
