December 10: Orders in the Court: Executive Authority and Litigation in 2026

The wave of executive orders and other actions issued by the Trump Administration has left the legal arena in a state of confusion. But what happens when executive authority comes up against judicial scrutiny?
When Bloomberg Law asked its legal analysts to identify the key themes and trends that they will be watching in 2026, many of them focused on EOs, litigation, and the impact that each will have on the other in the year ahead.
In this 60-minute webinar, four Bloomberg Law analysts discuss what the upcoming year has in store for lawyers as they navigate the rapidly changing dynamic between two branches of government.
