There will be limited on site registration provided for this program on a first come first serve basis. The last day to pre-register online was June 5, 2009.

Program Description:
Under New York MCLE Rules, this program has been approved for a total of 6 credit hours in the area of professional practice. This is a transitional program suitable for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.

This full-day program is for attorneys who provide mandated representation to parents in Family Court proceedings. These attorneys face unique hurdles and must consider many avenues of approach when planning for their client's children who are the subjects of court review. This programs distinguished and talented speakers will address specific and challenging issues that confront parents' attorneys in Family Court. An interactive discussion will allow the audience to participate in an examination and analysis of an assortment of representational problems facing the parents' attorneys.
