Oct 27/Cleveland OH: Civil Gideon: Approaching the Justice Gap Nationally & in Ohio

What happens when you don't have an attorney in a child custody case? A deportation case? An eviction case?  Unlike criminal cases, there is no across-the-board right to counsel in all civil cases. This event explores the growing civil right to counsel movement nationally and in Ohio.
