Oct 15 / Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Intermediate Family Law

A very exciting agenda, popular speakers and a beautiful venue await attendees at the FREE Intermediate Family Law Continuing Education Seminar sponsored by Gladstone & Weissman, P.A. & Kirschbaum, Birnbaum, Lippman & Gregoire, PLLC - presented by Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida and the Broward County Bar Association's Family Law Section the seminar will be held on Friday morning, October 15, 2010 at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina located on the 17th Street Causeway. Continental breakfast will be served as attendees begin registering at 8:15 a.m. The seminar will begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. Self-parking or valet will be an additional cost $5.00. Attendees will receive 4 CLE credits.

A return favorite, Terry Fixel, Esq., will discuss Discovery and Social Networks along with General Magistrate Barbara Beilly who will once again provide an informative Annual Family Case Law Update. Jonathan Schiller, Esq., will be teaching strategies for improving your Family Law Practice and Joseph B. Heimovics ,Esq., will shed some light on Foreclosure Basics for the Family Law Attorney while Leisa Wintz, Esq. will touch on our most vulnerable citizens, our teens, their parents and family law.
 
Broward County attorneys have made an important impact on our community by providing pro bono assistance to thousands of individuals who are unable to help themselves. The cost for attorneys wishing to attend the seminar without accepting a pro bono case is $95. Paralegals receive a special discount and law students attend at no cost.
