Disability Rights Overview: On-Demand #MCLE

This training is designed to assist attorneys and advocates in a range of practice areas with issue-spotting for disability rights issues.
The overview will provide basic information about the substantive requirements of significant federal and California disability nondiscrimination laws. It will also include an introduction to relevant definitions of "disability," including changes related to the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments of 2008.
